Governing Law

This document is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The Court of the District of São Paulo, São Paulo, is hereby elected as the competent court to settle any issues that may arise from this document, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
